What is TOSTChatLog?: (top)

TOSTPiece for logging ingame chat (and events) in serverlog or separate logfile.

This is a server-only package, there's no need for client-installation !!!

It only works together with TOST44 in online-gaming
no go for local installations and offline-gaming / practice sessions

How to install on your server?: (top)

Copy the .u file to the TOST-folder of your TacticalOps installation.

Open your Server.ini (or however it's called):

Goto section [TOST44.TOSTServerMutator]

Add the TOSTChatLog-piece to your TOSTPiece section AFTER all TOST-pieces:

Pieces[x]=TOSTChatLog.TOSTChatLog

Settings: (top)

[TOSTChatLog.TOSTChatLog]

bEnable=True	enables the piece
bShowSay=True	log chat
bShowJoin=True	log join/leave
bShowKick=True	log kick
bShowEvent=True	log event (admin,kick,...)
bShowTOSTKick=True	log TOSTkick (cheat,...)
LogFileFormat=TCL-%YYYY.%MM.%DD.%HH.%MI.%SS.log:	filename-format known from TOST
LogFileDir=ChatLogs	separate directory for logfiles
bWriteLogFile=True	write to chatlog-file
bWriteSrvLog=False	do NOT write to serverlog

The LogFileDir will be a subdirectory of
[Engine.StatLog]
LocalLogDir=../Logs

Make sure your new LogFileDir-directory already exists!
